YOU AND NEPAL POSTINGS LLC EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by emailing nepalpostings@gmail.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

General

These Terms, along with other policies on Nepalpostings.com, form the entire agreement between you and Nepal Postings LLC, replacing any earlier agreements. This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, employment, or franchise relationship between us. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state courts of Peoria County, Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. We may update this agreement at any time. Changes will take effect when you next post or 30 days after we publish the updated policy on the website, whichever comes first. No other changes to this agreement will be valid unless written and signed by both you and us.
